There was a need for structured programs that bridge the gap between education and employable skills in a sustainable, scalable way. Lead the pilot program SAP Educate to Employ, a partnership between SAP, UNICEF, and Umuzi to design and implement pathways that educate young people and guarantee employable skills aligned with workforce needs.

There was a need to provide structured, scalable learning programs that could accelerate professional development. Managed the implementation of the Google For Africa: Grow with Google Professional Certificates program, funded by a Google.org grant, to enable 2,000 young people across Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, and South Africa to access digital skills training and advance in tech careers.
